Court of Arbitration for Resolution of Economic Disputes at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation

After the adoption by the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation of the Temporary Statute on the Third-Party Tribunals for Resolution of Economic Disputes, a huge number of arbitration courts was created in Russia.

Among the first was the Court of Arbitration for Resolution of Economic Disputes at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (Court of Arbitration) which was set up by the Chamber’s Board decision of September 5, 1992.

Nowadays the Court of Arbitration is one of the best well-known permanently operating arbitration courts in Russia.

It is complained first of all by the fact of high qualification of the Court of Arbitration’ judges.
